Event Sponsorship Agreement


Bringing on sponsors for conferences and events (both physical and virtual) is a great way to subsidize the cost of the event for attendees. However, there are countless considerations as to what an event host can and should offer potential sponsors in exchange for their contributions.

Having a sponsorship agreement can be an effective way for both sides to understand each other's expectations and have a certain level of protection should things not go as planned. Certain aspects of the relationship, such as the full extent of promotional rights, the degree of exclusivity and interactions with participants may be agreed to in advance with this agreement.
